SFS mould is mainly for solving the problem of pressing tile with face upwards and with stairs. It is different for the normal mould in turns of rigidity and compactness, this feature makes specially suitable for larger size tiles production. One point which is worth special attention for the SFS mould is that the hydraulic circuit is using not excessively high pressure so that the internal moving parts are with uniform movements, which avoids uncontrollable abrasions & deformations. SFS mould is specially suitable for exquisite ceramic tiles production or applied in the not very stable production line.
