The mould divides the traditional die into two parts by installing the hydraulic system. The lower part includes bottom plate, ejection plate and mould locker and the upper part includes magnetic plate, die frame and punch. When the mould is in operation, its lower part always installed on the press. Only the upper half of the die needs to be replaced if we change different size moulds. Which can greatly save the moulds cost for ceramic factories.
